THE WEBSITE DESIGN
The brief
Kristen Turner had no website, logo or substantial written copy. She worked with children, teens, parents and adults, and worried that promoting every service together would make the practice’s message unclear.
Our approach
We led with the parent searching for help for their child and gave adult therapy its own page. Plain-language copy used the words parents use for anxiety, ADHD and friendship concerns. We also revised wording that could imply promised therapeutic outcomes.
What we delivered
- Logo and brand guide, followed by two Figma homepage directions.
- A WordPress site with dedicated service pages, FAQs and clear consultation calls to action.
- Booking links to the existing Jane App page, with consultation details handled there.
